They do not stand by their word, stay away from them. They will agree to anything , and leave you holding the bill. Scam arti

So much stress, I had to do most of the arrangements, we had a generator installeda l so, they were to cover it all, did not, did not even pay for the battery to run generator , thank goodness the installer GREENLIGHT stood behind and covered for the sorry sales representative at ION. Please go to an installer.. not these smooth talkers. ION left us in a jam, and the electrician they hired knocked out or solar.. took a few weeks to get back up and running..again thank you Greenlight!!
