Don't even know what the hell this is I twice to investigated they said my card would be cancelled but that never happened mind u the charges started at 9.99 than to 29.80 called for a third time and spoke with a representative who said he could see I did cancel but a malfunction happened he assured me I would get back my last 2 months payments called a few days later and was told my claim was denied I have the time to invest in a law suit and plan on doing so this is a scam beware!! Resolution Sought My funds put back in to my account.

We have made multiple attempts to contact Ms. Fuller, via telephone and e-mail, have been not been successful in reaching her or receiving any response. An e-mail was sent to Ms. Fuller informing her that our attempts to refund the $29.80 to the affected credit card on April 14, 2022, were rejected as a transaction by the financial institution and advised her to please contact the credit card provider in this regard and ask that they please approve the most recent pending refund transaction. At this time, we recommend that Mr. Fuller please follow up with Metrofax support either via online chat (at https://www.metrofax.com/support/overview) or e-mail (at support@mail.metrofax.com) and reference the following case number: 57763157 The resolution for this case is pending follow up from Ms. Fuller so that we may facilitate a satisfactory conclusion.

I want my refund they unlawfully deducted way back in January. . I attempted to sign up for a 14 day free trial I was interested in at the beginning of Jan 2022. Unfortunately I was denied stating they didn't have the technology to a debit that it must been a regular credit card. Although disai understood Imagine my surprise when the following debit statement showed the deduction. I've been told by so many times 3; ty 5 business days I . That never happens always some excuse. I've been polite and more than patient. Now I would like them to pay a penalty Resolution Sought My refund and extra$50 for having to deal with something that never should have happened.
