Horrible Costumer Service
First all, I never got any of the online faxes to go through. (I am pretty tech savvy person)Second, when trying to cancel your services it is a pain in the bottom! I thought my services where canceled, then a month later I get billed again. Again go through long waits online, and long waits on the telephone. To get someone who barley speaks English. Because I did not save my email (which I deleted because I thought my service was canceled) they will not refund my bank account. THERE is no ifs, and or butts! Don't bother to speak to a new person, they just won't. Call wait times are over 15 minutes after making a maze of prompts on your phone. In the end just go buy a fax machine! This service is not worth the hassle.
