They do horrible lashes that didn't even last 2 days

I asked for a certain design on my nails and lan said she could do it. Not only couldn't she do the design I asked for I decided to tip her and be nice about it but I also asked to do lashes which turned out decent not the best she charged me 185 dollars for the service I went home and did not wash the lashes at all they did not last even 2 days and she refused to refund me and stated I pulled all my lashes out when all my real lashes are in tact. Not only this but the were very unhygienic and did not sanitize any of there tools after each client. Lan I believe her name is also brought religious beliefs in to the matter stating stuff that is uncalled for especially not knowing my religious beliefs. This place is horrible service especially for the prices they charged. Don't go here unless you want to be dissatisfied and disappointed.

We always ask each client after a design or a service: do you like it, if client say yes it's mean client approval, and client pay and also tip it's mean we did good job, if client changes mind after 3 day there's a new service charge, we posted sign No Refundable for service, client still wants service it's mean client accept terms, we appreciate client business, but we can't not accept lie
