Dr James E Jones is amazing however some of his staff is rude

Dr James E Jones is amazing however some of his staff is rude. One of the nurses laughed at me when I told her that I canceled my schedule due to corona, yes I was a bit upset because I been calling to reschedule and feel that I should of gotten a call back being I called the first time to reschedule two weeks ago!! She goes on to attempt to justify why she was laughing at me which is truly unprofessional to even go back and fourth or laugh at at patient when you don't know half that they been going through. This behavior shouldn't be employed in a doctors office or working with people. I've worked in all settings and regardless the customer is always right. Get rid of people that don't have a heart or Professional character. But if this doesn't happen it's no big deal I'll just find somewhere else to go.
