Did unauthorized repairs.

Took my car in 2 days before Thanksgiving for a break inspection. Told them to call me and let me know what they find. Next day no call and when I called, I was informed the car was almost done. I did not authorize the repairs and was told it was $841. WHOA I said to call me first. When I arrived to discuss this I was then told that they replaced the temperature sensor in the motor. I did not tell them to replace this. All I got was an "I'm sorry" This is unacceptable. I argued back and forth with them to no solution. After taking the car out of the shop I noticed the rear suspension was completely discharged. I returned to the shop a couple of days later and was told it wasn't their fault, the shocks are blown. This was not the case when the car was left with them. I discussed this problem and was told it's not their fault. Upon speaking with a neighbor they informed me that the same situation was done to him. No authorization to repair his car but they went ahead and did it. I will NEVER return to this place. Investigated for fraud.
