I purchased a ring at the jury exchange I took it back a week later and they offered me a won't refund. I took the refund in the form of a gift card because I planned on doing business there in the future.. I've been trying to use my gift card for months now and every time I try to use it they tell me that the gift card system is down and they'll take my name and let me know when it's backup. This has been going on for about 3 months now. The original store that I bought the ring off had seemed to been close since right after Christmas. I've reached out to the 1 800 customer service line several times but got no real results Resolution Sought At this point I would like a full refund. I still have the receipt
