I spoke with a JustFab employee to make sure my subscription was cancelled about a month ago, and they clarified that they cancelled it for me. Today I see that I was charged $50 on my credit card even though I cancelled my subscription. This is not okay and I want a refund immediately. I'm extremely disappointed in this company. I don't know how many times I have to contact to get it across that this keeps happening and I am STILL getting charged $39.95 for their justfab v.i.p membership. This is like the 3rd or 4th time i have contacted through this. I WANT IT TO STOP CHARGING MY CARD. I don't know how many times it has been charging me since the last time i contacted someone about this issue. Resolution Sought I want exact the refund of what it has been charging me for months now when it was supposed to stop.

Company states; Hello Kayla, Thank you for reaching out through the BCA. We are sorry to hear you disliked our VIP Membership. After reviewing your information further, we do see more than one account was created with JustFab. We always encourage to create one account to avoid any confusion. I can confirm that your JustFab membership with the email address of daydreamer9577@gmail.com was canceled as per your request on 6/3/2021 by a member of member service. Your cancellation number is 685833031. I have issued you 11 courtesy refunds of $39.95 each today, 6/3/2021. Please allow 5-7 business days for this refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. You have now been refunded in full for all membership fees billed to you. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse members for non-company charges (such as bank fees, phone bills, etc.). Just to clarify, the charges you saw were a result of our VIP membership. Your VIP membership was activated on 6/24/2020 during your purchase of the Piper Over-The-Knee Lace-Up Boot. During checkout, we offer two checkout options: regular and VIP. Checking out as a VIP gets you a discount off your first order, as well as special pricing, free shipping, and other perks on future orders. However, it does activate a monthly membership, as explained during checkout. Our membership charges $39.95 a month, which turns into $39.95 of store credit to be used on future purchases. Again, your account has been canceled and you will not be billed for future months. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reply to this message and I will assist you further.
