Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I tried to skip the month of Oct.on the 3rd and the fourth of Oct .I could not due to there phone out of order,than I left a email,they replied back they only work for the UK .Than they sent me a message saying my order is being processed and I never ordered.I want to dispute the 49.95 that shouldn't have came out of my account.And there is still Know way to contact customer service .Please help! Resolution Sought dispute the 49.95 retrieve it.
