Bait and switch, False advertising, Unethical business practices.
Website advertises monthly withdrawal of $39.95 to be used toward future purchases. States money is kept in a bank for use towards those purchases. Nowhere does it say money can only be used toward regular priced items. I ordered an item from the website recently-- calling the company first to ensure that the $39.95 they had recently charged me was available for use. The representative confirmed it. They confirmed that the funds were in a bank to cover my purchase. After the order, Just fab still ended up charging me for the purchase. When I called them, they stated that the funds in my JustFab bank were not used to cover the order because I had picked a sale item. This was a misrepresentation because NOWHERE on the site and at NO TIME did the prior representative say the funds could only be applied toward regular priced items. Bait and switch, False advertising, Unethical business practices. Update their website to CLEARLY show the full terms, be transparent with consumers and don't lie or steal, using hidden or non-disclosed terms-- to increase their profits. Stop taking advantage of consumers.

Unethical business practices.
Good morning. I purchased 1 pair of boots from this company and received an email stating that I was given a $30. Credit. When I tried to process didn't work. I called the company and spoke with several people that were unaware of how to process. I was asked to screen shot the email and send. I called again and they put the credit on my account but raised the price of shoes I had in my cart 300. I called again and asked to remove my card and they attempted to charge my card 2xs. Card denied process and they took $1. Twice. Please check and flag this as they are Extremely Unethical.
