This is not good customer service for a company that's helping in this pandemic. You get an e-mail stating you was approved. They send you on a wild goose chase as in send this is that and when you do. They done with that. They never answer the phone. Once you get an approval, this give the party not to go through nobody else because you was approved! Now some people probably do not want to mess with you because they see these other loan people may see you have a loan, but technically you never got the loan you was just approved. This makes matters worst for you, because you was already approved by Kabbage. You This is not ethical. Even when you call SBA they keep you on hold but guess what they answer the phone! It's just hopeless with them!!! I just need help to do more in getting help so l can have help other people who is in fact having these same problem with this Kabbage!!!
