does not deliver

Subscribed to Games World of Puzzles. Never got a magazine. Can't get a refund. The customer service department tells me they can't help. I have to speak to the 'special' department, which doesn't exist.

Ordered 9 magazines and only received 5

Ordered 9 Suduku magazines and only received 5. Called six times, you cannot talk to a person, but I left all info they requested. Also went on line and was told I would hear back in two days that was a week ago.
