Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This fly by night company can not bother to put the correct answer pages to the correct books. It's the principal of ethics, and probably the rip off of Many consumers!
