Mother's Day May 10th. Ordered food for "pickup". Arrived to a mess.

Mother's Day May 10th. Ordered food for "pickup". Arrived to a mess. No employees (including owner) wearing protective gloves, saw no hand washing. Over 20 people waiting over 90 minutes for orders. No names taken on orders. Employees going through bags to match orders (again open bags with no gloves). This continued for my 2 hr time there. Many were upset and left. I refused to pay my full total and the employee simply said "pay what u want". No safety, social distancing, safety protocols, and manager/owner on duty during shift did nothing to control situation. I will not be returning after 30 years. Proper cleaning and safety procedures. Social distancing. If they are going to be allowed to be open follow rules. They're behavior put 100 plus people's food in danger and not handled properly and no apology by frustrated manager. Her choice to be re open should be prepared
