Professionalism is non existent.

I feel like the order taker discriminated against me. when I walked in the door I could feel her energy was off and she was ready to go. So I ordered some pancakes and sausage egg bacon with scrambled eggs medium soft, the cook basically flipped my eggs like a omelets and left the eggs on the grill. I told the order taker I asked for scrambled eggs she responds that's how we scramble eggs!!!! Which I've eaten plenty of times before disagreed. And she snapped an gave me my money back. I called after walking out the door to talk to manager, the order taker got on the phone and lied and said she was the manager.. No professionalism, called today and the order taker called me a n***er...

Would like to see them get rid of that order taker, she really needs to learn to be more open and courteous... Professionalism is non existent...
