Nothing, probably just fire that lady because why was she talking to me like that

The call lady Jennifer was super nice to me in the beginning. The number I called - 1 (800) 479-0979 She told me the guy on scene would give me an estimate price whenever he got there. He got here and immediately started assessing the situation and then started working. No price. Nothing. So he finally got it out. I had to call the lady back and tell her he never gave us a quote or anything. She was kinda confused but it felt like sarcasm in a way. She put me on hold to talk to the guy and when she got back she said "Do you want us to just shove it back in there? Are you not going to pay? Is your car not fixed? Do you just want us to shove it back in there?" I never said I wasn't going to pay, I just didn't like how he never told us a price. $120 to jiggle out the key seems kind of absurd but I was respectful to every party involved. Not once was I rude to the Jennifer lady. I was stunned for a second but ultimately decided to hang up on her because I personally wasn't going to sit there and be disrespected when I was respectful to everyone else. She called the guy on scene and told him to shove it back in and left.
