A free repair service for new cabinets installed more than three years ago

We had new kitchen cabinets and one bathroom sink cabinets installed by Kitchen Home SouthBay way back Dec 2011 and another bathroom sink cabinets installed around July 2012. Our contact was Sal Malki, although I thought he was the manager, not the owner. We had our house rented out August 2012 since we move out of state. This August 2015, as we are preparing the house for new tenants, we found that one attachment to one of the kitchen drawer rail is missing, thus, making the drawer not stable. I called up the store and found out that the company has moved out to another place. Despite this, I still kept on calling his cell. He responded and went to the house and fixed it for free (I coordinated with my property manager). Despite the fact that he has downsized his company, and three years has passed, he still responded and tried to fix it. You just have to work around his time. I am very thankful for his service.
