It should not take four days for the pharmacy to fill a prescription that the doctor has called in especially for a sick child when it's an antibiotic for an ear infection. My wife went through the drive-through they told her it wouldn't be filled until after 2 o'clock on the fourth day because the truck doesn't get there till 2 o'clock. I then turned around and called the pharmacy asked to speak to the pharmacist, who apparently was the only one working the morning shift, told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. They need to get it together. I understand that Walgreens no longer excepts CareSource but the fact that Kroger is having more business they need to hire more employees in the pharmacy department. To have to wait two-five hours to go in and sit to wait on a prescription is ridiculous. To be more proactive and have more staff on hand and be more courteous. Also they need to take into consideration the first come first serve basis I understand but also the medical need it self of a patient.
