BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege a pattern of delivery and billing related disputes. Some complainants allege merchandise is delivered defective or damaged. Other customers complain they receive incorrect merchandise or in some cases no delivery at all. A few allege that advertised items are actually out of stock or unavailable or that invoices contain pricing descrepancies. Many report they are unable to contact the company to resolve problems. Telephone calls and e-mails are not returned or responded to. Some customers are dissatisfied with the company's 20% restocking fee for returns~~The company responds to all complaints by exchanging defective items issuing refunds or offering explanations for any alleged pricing descrepancies. They explain that when pricing errors occur there is a notice of error posted on the website. They also contend that when unoperable units are warehoused there is a possibility that they could be advertised as in stock but are not in sellable condition.~Despite the fact that the company has acceded to at least some customer requests for refunds it has not addressed the reason its customers seek refunds namely that the company did not do what it promised to do.~We have received a significant number of complaints against this company.
