Speak to the manager about having proper etiquette and better customer service training towards its staff
My friend was training and recording deadlifts and another person (guy that was not an employee) went up to him and was very rude and told him he can't record and he doesn't want to be in the video. He was training on the other side and was nowhere near the video. He asked him why it was an issue because he was nowhere near my shot. He was training on the other side. He told a staff member about this and the girl staff member was very rude and racist towards him (he is Asian, they're both white) and made racist comments and rude remarks about it being against their policy to record in the gym. He told them there were no signs that I can't record but the staff member kept arguing with him and talking down to him. They were both bullying him and verbally harassing him when he was mindful of where he was shooting his video/shot, making sure no one was in the picture and making sure my video wasn't interfering with anyone else's workouts.

Employees are not trained for CPR/First Aid.
My Nephew, A. Trinidad was working out at La Fitness Puyallup 10515 156 St., E Puyallup WA 98373 on March 18th he went into cardiac arrest. Not one of the employees assisted with CPR first aid or used the defibrillator he was resuscitated my his family member and fiends that was working out with them. Apparently none of the worker there offered assistance. If it wasn't for the janitor cousin and his friends that was working out there he would not be here with us today. He endured a week in the hospital and had a heart surgery and is now stable. My concern is this might happen to others and there is no plan of action to assist others. I truly that his condition would have been a lot better had the staff of La Fitness acted with what they have been trained to do in this situation. More training and handling in future situations like this.
