Stop outsourcing for deliveries if you don't want to pay for the service.

This establishment placed a grocery store order totaling over $400 using Instacart delivery service , with items totaling up to 50 pounds for one item with a nice compensation for the tip on this service. All of the items requested that were available were purchased/replaced and communication of such was done throughout the entire shopping process , upon delivery the customer has instructions to deliver merchandise to the back door as this is where the kitchen is located, which is done and two individuals exit the restaurant and help unload the, I being the Instacart worker entered the establishment with the products multiple times until all products were delivered only for them to report they had not received any products from me to instacart to try to obtain a refund! As a business this is completely unacceptable and disgusting this business has no integrity!
Stop outsourcing for deliveries if you don't want to pay for the service.
