Deposit NOT made

Hello,

The company handles on online reservations and we are owed over $18,000.00 for deposits never paid. We are getting the run around and NO ONE is answering our questions as to where our money is and when the monies will be deposited. Their customer service is horrible. We need answers! If anyone knows of a number or name, please send it office@advancedrvpark.com.
