Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I never sign up with Lexington Law to no work for me. On 12/04/2023 they took money from my account for me trying to get a credit report that was pose to be 1.00 . It's still unclear how they were even requested for I was trying to sign in to free annual credit report. An when asked to give me a recipe or invoice for what I was being charged for they have yet to send me my recipe. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund immediately. At the very least and invoice for the work I never ask them to do. I've been unemployed so I have no reason to request their services.

They are stealing my tax returns and my medical insurance records and my medical malpractices money and all of my consumer money and they stole my personal information and are stealing my phone number and a whole bunch of lawsuits for Billions of dollars and PGX Lexington law also stole my medical malpractice lawsuit's and They need to be charged with fraud and perjury and give me my money back and I need you to get ahold of them and tell them that they paid the wrong people and this is a big scam and crime and needs to be investigated immediately they are using my email address superjohn7938@gmail.com they need to get investigated immediately and I need to get this money back and my healthcare company involved again please contact me and look into this case of the century not my fault my mom keeps battling me and her identity is stolen too and they are ruining her credit and she needs help and they need to go get my phone number is 630-660-8553 and this number is still stolen and my mom is not in the right mind but I need you to contact them and tell them that my name is John Carlo Martinez and this is my information they are stealing and my life they are ruining they need to be held accountable I've Already talk to them and they are ignoring me and The DBI need to get involved they represented people that are not me and there name is BASEBERRY+SIMS and they violated the protection act that I filled a complaint and they need to be arrested Resolution Sought I would like them to get the money back for me and investigate everyone involved and get them arrested and charged with perjury and fraud and stealing my money and my life away from me so far and call the consumer affairs department and get this resolved ASAP before they get away with this and call the cops and get the money back to me and then get the money back to the customer service department and get them arrested for theft and fraud and stealing my money immediately and then get then charg
