Several comments from driver was very disturbing.and quite offensive

May 24th 2018 approx 1125am to 1150 I was riding one of the buses Newtown pike.the driver who is African American was having conversation with other passenger same race. About racist and racism. several comments from driver was very disturbing.and quite offensive..like how the black man is being targeted by white man for one. This is why the black man is being shot or shot at .he also stated that in America white people are the only racist. He don't know about other countries. But in America its the white people. if they say their not racist its because they don't know the definition of racism. the president is white trash etc. This lasted about 20 to 25 mins. i was to afraid to say anything. I just wanted be invisible. after speaking to rep at lextan the gm sent me letter with 2 free bus ride tickets. this incident should never had happened. Proper training may have helped. 25 mins of being afraid offended insulted by this drivers comments. seems to be worth just 2 dollars. Admit that all went through was because of this driver the failed training but surely this is going to be upsetting for sometime. Sending me just 2 free rides. I don't feel as if Lextran stepped up to the plate on this. would really like for lextran to not sweep this under rug but offer something that's worth what i had to endure for that amount of time and which continues even now.

I just want everyone to know that I will not be going back to Her window anytime soon! Maybe she needs a lesson in customer service. It ruins a person's day to be treated this way! Tell her to wake up and treat people better or stay at home.
