Complainants allege dissatisfaction with services and failure to make a promised refund. One customer reports paying $1300 for a live video and CD recording for one and a half hour of studio time instead of the promised two hours; the ADATS received were 16 bits, not 20 bits as represented; professional pictures taken were snapshots and unprofessional in quality and negatives were not provided. Another complainant alleges a promised refund from the company was not provided after numerous requests. The company responded to the service related complaint by explaining the video and all associated materials were recorded live at the studio and is provided on an as is basis; the play time was marketed for 30-45 minutes performance time which is clearly stated on the website; the pictures were taken live during the shoot and it is industry policy not to provide negatives. The company informed the other complainant that a refund would be provided but the customer never received the promised $500 refund. Both complaints are closed as unresolved, meaning the complainants are not satisfied with the company's response.
