I purchase a living room set for $7000.00+ and the seat cushions on them are defective. Thats what the warranty representative told me. 6 months after I purchased the couches, I needed them replaced and They were replaced. 3 months later, the SAME thing happened and when I called, they said there's nothing they're going to do. HOW? I paid 7000.00 USD for these couches that are essentially broken, and you can't even sit on them without hitting the floor! Extremely terrible couches and I would either like a replacement of the cushions, or a refund due to being defective. All this is within 1 year. I don't owe anything on the couches, but this is very bad business. I am 100 seeking legal counsel and will see this through. This is not fair what you're doing to people. Resolution Sought I would either like a replacement of the cushions, or a refund due to being defective.

We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Living Spaces offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty on most items. When the warranty expires guests who purchased Carefree are directed to file a claim with them. Due to the recent installation of new parts, we will be forwarding this issue to our warranty manager for further review. To proceed, please upload an overall photo of the sofa and photos of the seat cushions to the photo link provided in the email address we have on file. After review of the pictures, we will inform you of the next steps.

I bought a couch and a bed with frame from Living Spaces using a Synchrony Bank Credit card. They double charged me on the Bed and frame. I constantly worked with them for a long time to get that charge removed of the credit card but they did not remove the charge. I filed a claim with Synchrony Bank and they rejected my claim. I am desperate to get help as Synchrony Bank keeps charging me the amounts on my bank for the item i did not order. Resolution Sought I would like to get the refund of extra bed and frame including all the interest they have charged on those items till date.
