I purchased 2 bedspreads because I wasn't sure which would look good on my bed which is common practice because there is no way of knowing until you see on bed. I have always done this and virtually all other bedding companies honor unused returns so I had no reason to question whether living spaces did the same. No one is going to search the website of a company to be sure it complies with common practices prior to all purchases. Other than on the website the only other indication that returns are not honored is on the bottom of the receipt after the purchase has already been made. The customer needs to be informed prior to purchase that returns are not allowed. I am close to a store location and can return there. The item has merely been opened to see the patten on the bed in my room and not, of course, used. I intend to keep the second comforter. Common and honorable business practices indicate that the customer be informed of these details prior to finalizing the purchase. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the $107.00 bedspread that is unused.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon further review of the account, we show that the guest made this purchase online. Before completing the purchase, the guest is required to select the " Review Order" tab, and directly underneath the tab is a notification advising the customer that by selecting Review Order, they are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, a link is provided within the notification that directs the guest to the terms and conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions in their entirety before finalizing the transaction, as bedding items are considered final sale.

On 5/19/25 I purchased a queen size mattress, when we purchased, they did not tell us a lot of information, there is no support when we sleep on it. They gave us a bunkee board to support the mattress. But there is still no support. We went back and asked for an exchange. They said no all sales are final. The manager stated we signed an agreement called "mattress check and sleep trial" We did not sign anything, manager is claiming we signed, he provided me with a copy of a 'mattress check and sleep trial' with my signature, but the only thing I electronically signed was the purchase agreement, I was not shown or told about the "trial agreement" I was unaware that I was signing this. I offered to pay the difference for a new mattress and he said no all are sales final. Resolution Sought Exchange this mattress

All bedding items are considered final sale, except for those included in a sleep trial; unfortunately, the mattress in question is not part of a sleep trial. As we were not present during the initial transaction, we are unable to comment on the conversation between the customer and the sales associate. My concern with this is we were never told that this was not part of the trial experience. I just felt like we were mis lead, the sales person never mentioned was not a qualifying mattress for the trial period. Even when we signed the documents, did anyone mention that this was a final sale- I am even willing to even pay the difference for a new mattress. And I didn't even have the signed copy of the trial agreement stating this mattress did not qualify with all my documents from the purchase, the manager made me a copy once I reached out concerning the refund/exchange of the mattress. I thought the customer comes first, but you make it sound like I am lying. This is causing me emotional distress, I have not had a good night sleep since this ordeal has started.

In speaking with the selling store regarding the matter, we were provided with a copy of the mattress check-off list, which was initialed and signed by the customer. This signifies that the guest understood and acknowledged the terms and conditions, including all associated fees related to the item being purchased. The guest also checked the box that specifies the mattress does not qualify for a sleep trial, acknowledging their understanding of the terms. Unfortunately, this mattress is a final sale, and we are unable to proceed with your request.
