Rip Offs do not use this company.

This company is very good at taking your money, they never submitted my file to the bank for a loan mod, after "pre approving" and now I am facing foreclosure. Their paperwork says if you do not get a loan mod they refund your money, that makes you feel comfortable sending in the money. I think they pay the mortgage company collections callers to transfer you to them because the same mortgage company caller kept calling me and insisting I apply for a loan mod and then transferred me to this firm. I trusted them because my lender referred them. Today I followed up with the mortgage company home retention department, they have never heard of them, do not have a file on me sent in from this company, and are filing a foreclosure date. I have turned them into the attorney Generals office in Arizona who are bull dogs for the consumer. They have no license and are not FHA approved. Read the reviews. I wish I had. Do not do business with them.
