Course glitched before i could take final practice exam. i had 2 days left on the clock and admin didn't respond until after expiration and refused to assist me. accused me of letting course expire when i have emails asking for help a dozen times. they also accused me of not finishing course, i have emails from teacher that said i finished and he congratulated me for finishing early. i was told i had to retake course but wait 14 days. i asked for refund. they refused. i got a lawyer and they denied all claims even though i have emails where they contradict what they claim, ,promise and said. they are bullies and frauds. don't waste your money or your time. the course itself was horrible, there were grammatical errors, typos, the software was also outdated. Resolution Sought Get my money back. i hired a lawyer and they breached the contract. they can either give me a refund or I will take them to claims court. I don't appreciate being lied to or accused of lying. this is principle.

Most of the above is not accurate. We have no reason to prevent a student from completing a course within the time allowed. When this happens we offer a complimentary retake to complete the regulated course as the regulators require it to be completed. There is nothing beneficial in this circumstance for us. Just the grief it brings while providing and supporting a student through retaking the class without cost if the choose to. We must enforce all the NMLS rules for mortgage licensing, and we do.

i literally have emails and physical proof that their claim is false. regardless of the refund owed due to breach of contract. its the principle that they failed to fulfill what is promised to consumer. i had more than 2 days left on my clock to finish the course. i asked for help and did not receive any assistance. the teacher responded and said things were okay but i stated what i was trying to do and received no assistance or troubleshooting to avoid missing the deadline. the admin responded after expiration of course and was rude and unhelpful and accused me of waiting until the last minute. he also stated i had to wait 14 days to retake (have emails on this)then turns around and denies saying that. either way, there was zero help or assistance. its also upsetting and shocking that i have kept records of everything and this school is denying and not willing to work with me or the issue. i literally have a video of me attempting to proceed in the class and i am stating all the things i did and asked for help numerous times. the school admin accused me on another occassion that i did not finish the course and that was the website issue. false. i finished early and have proof.

On 8/18/2022 I signed up for 20 Hour SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator Course. I was sent instructions, but later learned that the instructions were lacking and incorrect. I did not receive correct written or video instructions so that I could complete my course work for 20 Hour SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator Course that started yesterday morning 8/19/2022. I spent over 12 hours yesterday trying to figure out how to navigate the Loan Officer School portal. I called the school yesterday 08/19/2022. I could NOT reach anyone. After emailing the instructor and tech support, I received an email this morning stating that "the bookmarking function differs from course instructions. Recently, the Learning Management System provider replaced the X bookmarking function with a "save and exit button". We are in the process of UPDATING the syllabus technical addendum and Navigation video to reflect this change.".........So in other words, I wasted an entire day trying to figure out to to navigate through an impossible situation. I was never on the course page because I was never given instructions on how to get from the landing page to the course page. When you can't reach a support person; when the instructions (video and written) are outdated, you are left with an impossible situation. If my money is not refunded immediately, I will report this to NMLS. I plan to report to NMLS if complaint is not resolved. I am not the only victim. Resolution Sought Refund $379.00
