Bought a washer 3/10/23 purchased a warranty – only used warranty once, yesterday I received a Lowes protection plus, reminder to renew my warranty, but it is under someone else's name. so I don't have a warranty, when I called Lowes they have no record warranty, I have all my receipts, but they have no record in the system of my warranty, my account is linked to the name on this reminder notice, who they don't want to give me more information about. They keep telling me they can't fix it, but it is not my fault, they gave it to someone else. I purchased the washer with the credit card from Lowes but I later closed it out. But their records should show that I made the purchase, the warranty should be mine. The invitation number on the renewal is 3430322400 Mr. Benn it is under his name and it has my address and my washer information. Resolution Sought To activate my warranty under my name

When purchasing a storm door at Lowe's, price listed on the item in the store was $539. At checkout, item was charged for $699. When asked about the price, they said it was a "custom" door. I said I did not want anything beyond base model and was told base model was no longer available. After leaving the store and checking the website, the item was listed for $539. And able to be ordered for $539. This these bait and switch pricing practices are not only highly unethical, they are out right fraudulent Resolution Sought Legislation or fines they prevent fraudulent bait and switch pricing practices.
