I purchased washer and dryer from Lowe's and I purchase a protection plan if anything went wrong I filed my claim February 7 technician showed up. They said they fixed it, but they did not the issue still there. I called the technician. He said you need to file. Another claim I file another claim for the same thing until now, nobody showed up. It's been 37 days they give me four appointments two they show up the other two they did not show up. I request if we can get a technician certified, they said no I requested for a supervisor they said he's busy. He's gonna take them to call me back 72 hours for a supervisor. The gentleman said he's busy taking another call with a client is so important discrimination neglecting. Resolution Sought I would like to refund all my money and my Warranty money 1900, the policy said 30 days if they don't fix it, they should replace it

Feb.3rd,bought a LGRange...bought plan,159.00. Was told if I bought this LG will fix any problems. I used it a few times,carefully and burner is scratched. Had a mark on it but I thought it needed cleaned,using a cleaner from Lowes. NOW NEITHER one will come and check my range . I was told,any problem would be covered. I have a problem, now saying not covered for scratch. This is false advertising. I have been very careful when I used it....two weeks I never used it at all. This is not right. 1039.00 and not getting fixed. Resolution Sought Have my stove fixed....or get my money back.
