Bought new Hisense refrigerator from them financed through Lowe's. Had refrigerator three months bought in December 24th. Been given run around on warranty and the lady thru customer service. We have refused to pay for something that does not work. It's freezing everything and cannot adjust temp at all. Been given run around thru manufacturer and Lowe's. Resolution Sought Refrigerator fixed or new one to replace or money back that we have already paid on account.

I placed a $620 order for same day delivery for a lawn mower and weed eater. I ordered directly through Lowes. Lowes uses a third party delivery company apparently. The order was picked up but never delivered. After HOURS on the phone with Lowe's and HOURS in their store, they're still refusing to refund my money. They claim that the delivery company will refund me AFTER the persecute the driver for the stolen items. I ordered through Lowe's, and they are the ones who should be responsible for refunding my money. At this point they have literally stolen $620 from me. Resolution Sought I want my $620 refunded by Lowe's Immediately.
