I want to report his business to the public and let the public be aware of scammers!

Mr. Jonathan from Loyal Home Services was provided to me through American Home Shield. Not only was he extremely rude with me but also my elderly mother who is legally blind. I work two jobs and have to have my mother relate things to me as I her. Mr. Jonathan told me my AC was a problem of a module and motor issue and told me it was not of wear and tear but the "act of God." He said AHS would not cover the cost and he would fix the issue for only $2800.00. I knew that didn't pass the common sense test. He 1st told me that AHS didn't have my phone number and he couldn't reach me. I called this "professional " 2xs in one day and left messages and also text. He told me I didn't have to state my phone number to him when I was giving him my phone number. And I quote" it's apparent I have your phone number ma'am I talking to you right now!" My mother said he was rude and unfriendly and he was in a hurry to leave. This man is not a professional at all. The information that AHS and USAA needed from him was the diagnosis of the issue with the ac and the cost. I texted and called Mr. Jonathan several times. I even texted him that as soon as he could send me that information for the insurance companies I would be out of his life. I just needed that paperwork so my mother and I could get some answers and relief. My mother is legally blind this man just disregarded her and was rude to her. Other vendors stated it's wear and tear not the act of God. It's not both the motor and module.
