Absolutely horrible people.

Absolutely horrible people, of these people tow your car, They just end up yelling at you, cussing at you, when you tell them you can't afford there prices, they offer no way to stop the bleeding with a storage yard, ya know. The storage yard they own. no way to pay and send it to a scarp yard if there's no title, and the car doesn't run. they won't lien the car until auction day, and they cleverly put auction at over a month away, even though they could lien the car at 20 days, but for some reason they claim they can't lien it till auction day so good luck paying the 3 grand it's gonna cost. Cause if you can't pay 636$ after they tow it, than you can definitely pay the 3 grand right? and even if you just want to work with them to stop the bleeding, or figure out a way to stop yourself from getting a ticket, they hang up on you and cuss you more. They won't even send your car to a scarp yard for you, if it doesn't run. So they want you to pay for there tow, pay for there storage fees, then pay for ANOTHER tow so they ( or someone else I guess) can send it. They would honestly love to sit and watch you suffer rather than work with you. they condescend you and tell you to f* off. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I believe they are being predatory against those less fortunate and leave no room to help those people struggling to pay, making it almost impossible to pay there prices.
