Very rude and disrespectful

I was told to check out Luna Lounge while I was on vacation. All day I call this establishment and no answer. When I arrived I was told they were full and would call me at least twice once my table was ready. I left to find food and at 12:08 pm I received a call from the establishment. When I called back at home 12:48 to ask why you never received a second call a man said he had given my table away and I should have answered the phone. He did nothing to help and when I asked his name he said he was the owner and didn't need to tell me or give me anything and hung up. He was very rude and disrespectful. He doesn't know me or who I am and they way he talks to people is unacceptable. He needs to apologize to me for talking rude and wasting my time. I could have made other plans as I came with a large group.
