Lots of promise - no action - no customer service - read the reviews - all bad...

I tried to establish an email account with Mail.com and after setting up my account yesterday on four devices, they blocked my account saying there is "strange activity". They then required that I send them a copy of my driver's license to prove to them I am me. Of course I had all the details from setting up the account, passwords, etc., but they wanted a copy of my driver's license. I am sorry, but in the age of credit fraud, the last thing anyone should give up is a copy of a driver's license to someone they do not know. I wrote to their security department, there is no phone number for them, and they chose to ignore my concerns. I called their customer service, and they referred me to their security department, but there is phone number to talk directly.

So.... I will call my CC company and reverse the charges for the "Premium" account that I signed up for yesterday. A waste of my time, don't waste yours...
