Poor customer service

My mother is 85 years old and has dementia. Her caregivers took her to Martha's Restaurant in Orosi, CA yesterday Saturday, May 26, 2018 at around 12:15 pm for lunch. After a few minutes after eating, my mother started vomiting, at the same time the owner came yelling at my mother and her caregiver to get her up and take her out as soon as possible, she also yelled saying the flies are here cause her hair stinks. The caregiver was so mad after hearing the owner say that cause she had just take my mother a shower. I believe this is no way to treat an elderly person especially with dementia. I believe this owner should be reprimanded, accidents happen and that's not a way to treat a customer. Please let me know if we have a case or not. The owners should be reprimanded and apologize
