Old school family-run business

These guys are super in a lot of ways. Been at it for like 30 years and they still write invoices by hand! It's run by a family and they offer work to troubled folks that clearly couldn't cut working in other places. On the one hand you'd think they never would have made it this far and on the other you can see they are dedicated to their business and products. I've had the pleasure of speaking with most of their staff over the years, their family is all good hearted people. I can't say the same for some of their hires. Most complaints are about their agent with a temperament issue, Paul. He can seem abrasive and pushy or even childish but he's still human too. I think the business get a worse rep than they deserve because of a handful of mostly trivial seeming things. The blades and bits we order from them are always top quality and I don't mind supporting an American business.

RUDE customer service

DO NOT buy from this company!! We tried their blades did not cut well at all. I have called 4 times now to send back been told someone will call me back NEVER HAPPENS. Today the guy called me a liar Hung up on him. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!! They will get their blades back COD now.
