They did not know what they were doing!

I was connected to Maxon Air by my warranty company. Communication was horrible. The owner wanted unreasonable and unsafe construction done to my attic. After 3 weeks with no AC I got the warranty company to find another AC company. The other AC company was able to get it installed within a week, with no construction to the attic needed, and no rude phone calls. Both the new AC company and my contractor said they didn't think Maxon Air wanted the job and were looking for outs. They should have never accepted the job if they didn't know how to install in a tight attic. Reasonable communication would have made a world of difference. I do not in any way recommend using this company.

Great people- period!

This company is amazing. You are not treated like a another number in the crowd. They genuinely want to help you. Extremely knowledgeable, fast, and customer services like no other. Best of all- Honest. In the AC world this is insanely hard to come by. This company will get all of my ac tune up and fixing business from here on out.
