Complainants generally allege non delivery, receipt of defective, or damaged bikes. Some complainants state receipt of missing or broken parts; the bikes are not properly assembled, or did not function. Some customers complain that they file claims but fail to receive parts, correct parts, or that they are unable to receive updates on the status of their claim. In some cases, claims were denied. Others complained that they did not receive anything from the company but that they were charged and were unable to obtain a refund. Some customers complain about the company’s lack of service and failure to return messages. A few complaints allege they did not receive their items or a refund due to products being held in customs.

The company generally responds by shipping parts or stating that the part is on back order and that when it arrives it will be shipped to the customer. To others the company offers claim forms to customers to facilitate the warranty process or offers to issue refunds upon receipt of the returned products. Some customers were shipped bikes, offered replacements, or given refunds.
