Id love for management to be given proper trainer when managing disciplinary action while customers are present.

I went into McDonald's to eat a meal at the lakestreet location on 31st st east last street. And the manager there was very unprofessional. I overheard her belittling her staff member very rudely in front of customers. I went to speak to her afterwards because I was offended and my children were also offended. She told me her name was sheresse and thats shes the manager there and can do what she feels fit to do. Regardless of who overhears and whos offended. My child was crying after leaving her because of this managers unprofessional mannerisms. I love McDonald's and have been a customer for over 20 yrs. Please can I see alot more professional when Im with my family eating in your restaurant? Customers don't deserve to overhear unprofessional manners disciplinary actions given to there employees. Thank you for listening to my feedback McDonald's. We love and appreciate your business but we definitely dont look forward to that type of behavior while visiting. Id love for you guys to consider this mannerism and respect customers morals on this type of unprofessionalism. This is very offensive. Thank you.
