This business needs a staff overhaul and an F rating with the BCA.
My handicapped mother and I went to McDonald's and placed two separate orders. We ordered 6 chicken nuggets, coffee, and two sandwiches - very simple order - We had two coupons on two separate phones. The woman working was so incompetent she refused to even try to scan the coupon, and closed the window in our face extremely rudely and without accepting the money. After getting ignored for at least 5 mins we were finally greeted by a manager. Upon learning of the employees refusal to accept our money and coupon we were forced to Park our car, Where we then sat FOR OVER FIFTEEN MINUTES (mind you it's 3 am yet the line was bigger than lunch time) before i eventually went back through the drive thru to get our food.....only to be informed they would be calling the police because i didn't pay yet.... Remember now we didn't pay because they closed the window on my mother and told us to Park. We then left because the only organization more corrupt than this McDonald's are the Portland PD. ALL OF THIS was on film. Instead of taking accountability i had my freedom of press threatened for recording. I went back with a different party of people hours later and received even worse treatment, again on film, but i don't have enough characters to include that trip in my complaint, so a different member of my party will detail the experience in their complaint. This business needs a staff overhaul and an F rating with the BCA.
