Unsafe practices!!

There have been multiple times where they have not shown up to pick me up either from home or for work. Or they have made me late for my job. This has been a continuing thing for months. When I call them they are very rude to me and they hang up on me or get an attitude. A week ago the driver put me in the Van She buckled my chair down but she didn't tighten it, so my chair tilted forward and she kept driving. Today I got on the van late to work and my pick up time was 8:15, I sent them a email about this so they were aware of it. They responded to the email, they came at 8 o'clock and did not call me so they left me sitting out here in the rain and said they were going to pick me up until 10 o'clock. This has been a ongoing. Also, one of the drivers were texting and watching videos while they were driving me. Add another person in the Van to work that is not OK. I do not feel safe in that Van going back-and-forth to work. The bottom I shared a video of the driver texting and watching videos while he was transporting me in another climb I am not willing to continue to get on this Van if I don't feel safe with the transportation. Shut them down for unsafe practices.
