Totally disgusted!!

I was taken into the emergency room by ambulance about two weeks ago from a serious fall on asphalt. I was left in a bed bleeding from both arms and knees. The nurses did not try to stop the bleeding. They did not attempt to clean and bandage my wounds. I was transported to X-ray with blood dripping all over the floor. The X-ray technician had to bandage me. I felt bad for her as this should have been addressed in th ER. My opinion of this hospital is always been unfavorable and this is a perfect example of why I feel this way. Only reason I went there is for convenience. I live a mile away. Also, I was told I could get a transport home. They came back later and told me they cannot for liability reasons. I also had a head injury. I had to walk home after a head injury? I am totally disgusted with this hospital and nurses. Hopefully I cannot need to go there again!

They need better service and faster staff

I came to Melrose-wakefield hospital at 2:00pm on 7/1/19 my wife and I were hoping to get treated for possible bed bugs bites but were not seen until we complained 5 hours later. Then they put us in a room in the back and had us sit there with no one even checking on us. We waited a hour and I passed out from exhaustion from being up all night and being stressed from the poor service but my wife woke me up and said it's been over a hour and no one seen us so we decided to leave. I will never go there again the nurses said we still have to wait another 2 hours and this is the E.R
