Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. "My Instagram account (@theyscream_mia) was disabled without explanation. I contacted Meta support multiple times. On one occasion, a Meta agent stated that my account had been reinstated, but when I attempted to log in, I still could not access it. Meta has failed to provide consistent communication or restore my account despite these assurances. This has caused significant disruption to my personal content and potential opportunities." Resolution Sought "I want Meta/Instagram to fully restore my account (@theyscream_mia) immediately, including all content, followers, and features, and to provide confirmation that the account is active."

I no longer have the Galaxy Phone on my Facebook account and Facebook is yet again blocking me from logging on even though I know the password. Resolution Sought Facebook to get me back into my account again and stop using two step verification WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS PERMISSION.
