Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Instagram and Facebook has a meta ai system that is banning accounts for not following guidelines when the account didn't do anything wrong. This is a glitch in the system that meta ai and its third parties won't fix. I have lost my instagram (@realjaquandavis) which is a business page because of it and I lost my connected Facebook (Jaquan Santana) as well. I need the Instagram or meta ai legal team to fix this issue because I did nothing wrong and they need to fix it for the others who are being banned by ai. Resolution Sought I would like my (@realjaquandavis) instagram page and my Facebook connected page (Jaquan Santana) back up and working normal again because I didn't go against any guidelines it's an ai glitch in the system

"My Instagram account (@theyscream_mia) was disabled without explanation. I contacted Meta support multiple times. On one occasion, a Meta agent stated that my account had been reinstated, but when I attempted to log in, I still could not access it. Meta has failed to provide consistent communication or restore my account despite these assurances. This has caused significant disruption to my personal content and potential opportunities." Resolution Sought "I want Meta/Instagram to fully restore my account (@theyscream_mia) immediately, including all content, followers, and features, and to provide confirmation that the account is active."
