Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Failure to provide paid services and lack of customer support access. Details: I am a paying subscriber of Meta Verified ($14.99/month). On April 26th, my account was locked for "identity verification." Despite being a "Verified" user with a promise of enhanced support, Meta disabled my ability to type or open a support ticket. I was kept in a "Read-Only" loop where agents would message me, but I was blocked from responding. My subscription has now expired (April 30) while the service was non-functional. Resolution Sought Full restoration of the account or a complete refund of the subscription fees for the month of April. Reference: Formal complaint already filed with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) #C2604080652.

Around the summer of 2025, my business account @seandamenacee was suspended. I was extremely confused and devastated considering that I have never ever done anything like that my entire life and had no idea how this even happened. Likewise, I appealed and never got anything. My account was used for getting multiple opportunities for dancing and modeling and it caused me so much depression at work and at home because that was the reason I was going out for these events. I was terrified and extremely livid that a strong accusation was levied against me when that never happened whatsoever. I was outraged considering that I know actual victims so the fact that an AI ruined my mental health like that was completely unacceptable. I looked more into this on social media and thousands of other individuals are going through this so I then realized that I wasn't alone. After I got suspended, I then just created a new account and thought I should start fresh. I created one and created new memories and started building yet again. However, I was then suspended two months later around August 2025 for being connected to the first one and again, I was so incredibly outraged yet again and was lost. Months of making new friends and new connections just went down the drain just like that and I felt betrayed yet again. Meta told me my account was compromised and sent an email with things to do. They never helped me out after I did what they said. My second account @shaundamenace was gone too. Resolution Sought I strictly just want my accounts restored to how they were.
