Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I recently put a ad in the paper in March of 2025 the ad ran until June 30 of 2025 and the ad total up$ 186.00 bucks I paid it off but meta Facebook marketplace won't give me back my money she wanted to meet me on line I didn't want do that because of scam Resolution Sought Well I just wanted my refund back please just get my money back you can call me

I'm sending this complaint to tell you about my wrongly disabled instagram account that got disabled on August 10th. . According to instagram, I broke their rules on 'account integrity' which is not true whatsoever. Upon submitting my passport ID to review the decision, within literal minutes the appeal came as denied. I am deeply distressed since this account contained messages, contacts, pictures from years and I was left without a response, or proper explanation of what I even did. I had this account for nearly 6 years and all of my middle school and highschool connections, including some people who have passed away, were on this account. There is no means on asking for help from even a single human representive even. Meta verified is an option, though for most users even this option failed, for ages 18 and above and I am not allowed I'm still a minor. I have no other way to get my account back. I am losing my mental health over this. Not only me, but this is happening to thousands and thousands of others as A.I. is being used to moderate these bans; leaving banned users hopeless, without any explanation of what was wrongly done Resolution Sought I would like a reinstatement of my account.
