Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I no longer have the Galaxy Phone on my Facebook account and Facebook is yet again blocking me from logging on even though I know the password. Resolution Sought Facebook to get me back into my account again and stop using two step verification WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS PERMISSION.

Hello, My Instagram account was suspended, and I believe this action was taken in error. I have not violated Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, and I use my account responsibly. I respectfully request an immediate review of my account and a clear explanation for the suspension. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue further action, including legal options, to protect my account and rights.
