Case number: "Meta Quest Support: Case #08373055: Display issues on Quest 3" Regarding my Meta Quest 3 (512 GB) under serial number 2G0YBMSH2J006N, which has a hardware defect. I purchased the device from an online retailer, and it is still under warranty. Despite this, Meta Support has refused to accept the device for warranty repair or refund, citing location restrictions. Although I have a valid U.S. address for correspondence and delivery, I am temporarily outside the country. I am fully able to ship the device for service or replacement through international postal services that deliver to supported regions. I respectfully request that Meta allow me to send my device for refund through an approved shipping method to the nearest authorized service location. Resolution Sought Give a refund

?"My 14-year-old Facebook account (Muhammad Umer Farooq) was mistakenly disabled on Oct 18. I am the verified owner and an international user residing in Pakistan. My complaint was rejected by the Delaware AG. I am filing here because Meta is headquartered in California, and they have blocked all support/legal email communication (mailbox full, legal rejected - proof attached), despite my final deletion deadline of Nov 17 approaching."
