Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Wrongfully accused of child pornography from Instagram. I believe my account was hacked. I never post on my instagram account and its been 1 week since ive been suspended. My Facebook personal account was disabled in error on 18 November 2025, and I have been fully locked out of my account, including critical business assets that I manage. I am the verified administrator of a large public Facebook Pages with over 230,000 followers that represents a real business and public brand. The disablement has caused active financial and reputational loss. I have attempted to appeal through Facebook's official channels, but all appeal forms either fail to load or redirect in an endless loop, making it impossible to submit a proper review request. I am requesting immediate human review of my account and restoration of access. I am willing to submit identity verification and any additional documentation required. This account is critical to my livelihood and business operations and the current situation is causing ongoing, measurable harm. My personal Facebook account was disabled in error. I no longer have access to the account, so I cannot provide the profile URL. The account was created and used under my real legal name and the following identifying information can be used to locate it: I am requesting a manual review of the disablement and restoration of access. I am ready to verify my identity with government-issued ID. Resolution Sought I am requesting the direct recovery of my disabled Facebook account, not an appeal form or automated process.
