I cannot get into my old Fb account or get any communication with the business and I need to get in my old account and I don't have any access to my old phone number or email and when I follow the recovery process it doesn't work when I try to get in Resolution Sought Contact from the business and getting into my old account

I have several accounts on Facebook that I have asked to be deleted and there still there. My current account was hacked Please help me to get this all straighten out. Resolution Sought That they will clean this up and give me access to my current account.
