Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had joined a online gambling site or platform that was ran off of Facebook and today I had an encounter where the person that was doing the gaming took $414 from me she acted like she was ready to catch me in or whatever so she could get something to where she could cash in other people I don't know but I had sent her I opened my safe on the game and I sent her my 414 and she took forever she text me back with a message saying that it was her money and that she called me all she called me names after I told her that I was reporting her to the department of Justice for the gambling site if you're still in my money she then took me off the gaming site and said that she was legally given the right to do the online gambling. That's not the first I've had more than three altercations with this person and every time it's been about my money she had changed her name from Oliver Olivia Olivia to Olivia and Tyler Mars I don't know where she's at I just know she's located in Texas and I like to get some kind of justification for his Facebook has more than just one of these gambling sites Resolution Sought I like to have my money that she took for me back and have them find or whatever it is that they do to people who take people's money and who do things against the state or against the federal system against our justice system all together I won't reprimand me I want them to be held accountable and if Facebook don't want to get a compliance I would like to have some kind of lawsuit put against them for allowing

I am writing to request your assistance & genuine support in restoring my Instagram account,which has been wrongfully disabled. My account username is @dearluellaa and my email associated with the account is cmt.pascual.1@gmail.com I have been an active user of Instagram for several years, using the platform to connect with friends, family, and colleagues, as well as to promote and connect with my friends and love ones all over the world. However, on March 12,2024 my account was suddenly disabled without any warning or explanation after my phone being stolen at the gym and the theft was able to log in to my phone and able to access my instagram leading for it to get disabled and deleted. I have made several attempts to contact Instagram's support team to resolve the issue, but no single support from their team. I have not received any response or explanation as to why my account was wrongly disabled, it genuinely makes me so depressed that they've never listened to my side or didn't allow me to appeal with explanation and I have no idea how to proceed from here. Given the impact that this has had on my personal and professional life, leading me to struggle to start over again the memories and pictures on that account is irreplaceable its so unfair. & unjustified for my end to take something important that easily, I am reaching out to you for assistance.I genuinely believe that you have the authority to investigate and take action against companies Resolution Sought I hope this message finds you well.
