Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. A scammer has control of my Facebook account and Meta lets it go on. The scammer has removed my email, phone number and password and replaced them with their own. The scammer has asked my friends and family to send them money pretending to be me through messenger. I have tried everything I can think of to stop them but Facebook won't stop them. Facebook won't help me. I've tried everything I can think of to get my account back. Those are my personal memories. Resolution Sought Help me get my Facebook account back. Stop these scammers from asking my family and friends for money.

Hello my name is Brandon Tran, Two weeks ago I opened my Instagram and saw that all accounts I was log into was suspended. The reason for my suspension was that I was logged into an account called FSC.barstool which hasn't been active in over a year. This account was suspended due to the account not following community guidelines. I was not given a warning about a suspensions and did not even receive a report number when the account was suspended. The outcome of this suspension my own personal account Brandon.tran16 was suspended because I was logged into both accounts. My account Brandon.tran16 is a personal account of mine which all I post is my personal life and my athletic life. I have emailed Instagram numerous times over this past week and have not gotten a response back. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is that at minimum I receive my main account Brandon.tran16 back from its suspension.
