I am filing a complaint against Meta Platforms, Inc. for disabling both my Facebook and Instagram account for no reason and it has affected my business page and Christian group page, we have contacted Meta support since April 19, 2025 and got into chat support named Mec and our last contact was the 4th chat support last April 28, 2025 with support named Lance and still they have not provided any assistance with checking the account whatsoever. They cannot even provide details to why my account was disabled. I stand firm and it will not be the reason that my account was disabled due to violation of their community standards, I am using social media under their strict community guidelines and makes sure that I don't violate to any of them. Following the unjustified suspension of my instagram account and all Meta Platforms accounts associated, I have been unable to supplement my income by using Facebook marketplace to showcase and shop for items. In addition to that, I am unable to contact necessary acquaintances and potential buyers who have no other means of communication besides through Instagram digital messages. The main issue is a total lack of any customer support. Following the unjustified suspension there was an option to appeal the decision via the mobile app that consisted of taking a scan of multiple angles of my face, which already seemed a little bit invasive given Meta's use of facial recognition technology but I obliged nonetheless. The app then accepted my video submission and claimed that I would have a response to my appeal in 1-2 days; That event happened 27 days ago and there hasn't even been a singular attempted response from Meta or their platforms, Instagram and Facebook, despite repeated efforts from myself to elicit a response. They have essentially no open means of communication with their customers whatsoever besides an unhelpful virtual AI assistant that costs a monthly fee, and is actually completely unavailable to users such as myself who have been totally suspended from the platform by any means. They have been unreachable through any other means as the company also has no monitored email address or phone number available to customers like myself to contact. Resolution Sought I would like for my Meta Platforms accounts, both Instagram and Facebook, to be reinstated so my income doesn't continue to face further damages and so I don't have keep wasting my own time and effort attempting to contact a company that is refusing to provide any real customer service.
