Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I am a dance teacher that has been using instagram as a communication method with clients. I use the app to show private lesson times, book jobs and offer sign ups for group classes. On Tuesday, May 27, my Instagram was shut down due to "community standards." I appealed this decision and the account was disabled. I have had the account for over 10 years, and nothing posted goes against the guidelines provided by the company. Resolution Sought I would like to have my Instagram reinstated so I can once again use the app

My instagram @imjust.sky account was wrongfully taken from me. It said my account was permanently banned, Which makes no sense because i have not said, posted, or done anything to go against community guidelines. Resolution Sought I would like help getting my account back please.
