Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. ?"My 14-year-old Facebook account (Muhammad Umer Farooq) was mistakenly disabled on Oct 18. I am the verified owner and an international user residing in Pakistan. My complaint was rejected by the Delaware AG. I am filing here because Meta is headquartered in California, and they have blocked all support/legal email communication (mailbox full, legal rejected - proof attached), despite my final deletion deadline of Nov 17 approaching." Resolution Sought I want my 14-year-old disabled Facebook account (Muhammad Umer Farooq) to be restored immediately, granting me full access to my personal data before the deletion deadline of November 17, 2025

Facebook block me where I can't talk to any of my friends or family to see how they are doing and they have a reel where half naked people be posted on there and I warn them to stop posting them so they took there anger out on me and I hope u will handle this complaint against them Resolution Sought Get this matter handle so they want do again to anyone so please take care of it
