Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My instagram account "Yngypsyy" was unlawfully suspended and instagram support is refusing to respond or help me resolve this issue causing me to lose money and followers. They assured me this process would only take a day maybe less and now it's been several days I can't contact anyone no body will respond to my emails, they pretty much said screw me META is awful, they should be ashamed of how terrible they treat ppl that use their platform at this rate I don't know what else to do except sue. Resolution Sought I just want my account back, it's no reason it should be suspended in the first place.

My name is AJAYI founder of TMY PAYGO/ TMY Empire , I am submitting this complaint regarding my Instagram account @tmypaygo, which was disabled by Meta Platforms/Instagram and no longer allows me to request another review. TMY PAYGO is a legitimate digital Media PR and fintech-related brand used for communication, branding, audience engagement,News Media and business activities. I believe the disablement may have been made in error. I have not intentionally violated Instagram's policies and I have not received a proper manual review or clear explanation regarding the alleged violation. The account is important to my business operations and digital brand presence. I respectfully request that Meta Platforms conduct a proper manual review of the disabled account and restore access if the enforcement was made in error. Resolution Sought I respectfully request that Meta Platforms conduct a proper manual review of my disabled Instagram account @tmypaygo and restore access if the disablement was made in error. I also request clarification regarding the alleged policy violation and fair review consideration for my business account.
