Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. I'm having issues with my Instagram accounts and I am in distress. All I do on instagram is message my friends and post on my story sometimes. People are going to think I blocked them when I didn't. On October 24, 2025, my main account, "kay1aa.____"got suspended, then when I uploaded my ID and did the video/photo selfie thing to prove I'm a real person and that my account belongs to me. On November 9, my account got permanently disabled in only a few minutes. Since this keeps happening to me, I believe my account is compromised and/or hacked. And on October 23, my fan account "luvsleep.__" got suspended. Both for "account integrity" none of these accounts are new and I'm not trying to bypass bans by "creating new accounts". "kay1aa.____" is 5 years old. Here since October 2020. "luvsleep.__" is 9 months old. Here since march 2025. I really need these accounts back, they are both equally important to me. I can't get Meta verified. Not everyone has it. I have never not followed the community standards. I always follow the rules on Instagram and make sure to do so. I need a real human from Meta to review my case please. Please help me. I may have to take legal action incase this case does not get resolved. P I kindly request a human from Meta to review my 2 accounts and my case in general so they can see that I'm a real person. I look forward into solving this case. Both accounts have the email "[email protected]." Thank you. Resolution Sought Please send my complaint to Meta for a real person to review my 2 instagram accounts, have them ask for new emails never used on any Meta accounts, and reinstate my 2 Instagram accounts.

Hello I am writing this because I feel like you guys might be the only people who can help me. If you guys didn't know there is a mass ban wave going on right now on instagram and facebook. Millions of people are getting banned for false accusations like child exploitation and integrity. My instagram accounts were sadly suspended for fake accusations of child exploitation. I have never posted anything like that on my account. I use my instagram account to talk to my friends and family. I got suspended on September 4th and I still don't have my account back. I haven't been able to contact friends or family for almost 3 now because I don't have there phone numbers or have them on other social media. This has made me feel really depressed and hopeless. I already contacted a lawyer on legal shield so they could send out a demand letter to get my accounts back, but so far I have not gotten a response back. I also tired emailing instagram 3 times but I didn't get a response. I have also been ip banned on my phone and on my iPad so I can't even log into my other accounts to talk to anyone. I feel like I have tried everything but nothing is working to get my account back and to lift the ip ban. Resolution Sought I would like to have all of my instagram accounts reinstated. And I would like my device ban lifted.
