Meta has fundamentally breached this contract. Technical Negligence & Verification Loops: My account was locked on April 26, 2026. Since then, I have been trapped in a documented technical 'Developer Loop.' The system demands I register as a developer to verify my identity. Even after successful registration, the automated forms fail to submit, resulting in a 'Read-Only' state where I can see messages from automated agents but am blocked from replying. This is not a security feature; it is a broken product that Meta refuses to fix for its paying customers. Regulatory Defiance (SAMA Case #C2604080652): This matter is not just a technical bug; it is a legal failure. I have secured a validated ruling from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regarding Meta's failure to provide the paid services. Meta has ignored this governmental directive, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for international regulatory frameworks and consumer protection laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Financial Exploitation: Meta continued to hold my subscription fees while providing zero access to the support features I paid for. My subscription was allowed to expire on April 30th while the account remained non-functional, leaving me with no way to request a refund through the platform. Furthermore, Meta has failed to provide the mandatory Reference ID (FB-XXXXX) required to escalate this matter to the independent Oversight Board, effectively silencing my ability to seek a fair appeal. Impact on Professional Operations: This lockout has severely hindered my work as an IT Coordinator for local firms like Golden Eagle Lifts. Meta's reliance on broken AI-driven verification without human oversight is a danger to businesses that rely on their platform. I am demanding that the Business Consumer Alliance hold Meta accountable for: Immediate manual intervention by a human representative to bypass the 'Developer' registration bug. Immediate restoration of the account and all associated professional assets. A full refund of all subscription fees paid during the lockout period.
