Terrible company no customer service extremely lazy and cheap

I am extremely disappointed with Facebook's account suspension process. My account was recently suspended due to an Instagram account (angelinaalani30243) that supposedly violated Facebook's rules. The problem is, **I don't even own or have any connection to that Instagram account**! Despite having no involvement, my Facebook account was suspended, and I was told to log into this random Instagram account to appeal the decision. This is a serious mistake on Facebook's part, and I have been left unable to access my Facebook account because of it. The customer support has been unhelpful, and I'm stuck with no resolution in sight. This mistake is costing me access to important personal and professional contacts on my account. I expect much better from a platform as large as Facebook. Their system needs to be more accurate and user-friendly when handling account suspensions. Keep getting hit with long amount of time things!

Every time I'm on Facebook their computers trackers I can't get my statements out of context and I keep getting hit with these long amount of time things. I want to Sue Facebook.
