Ordered a dress for my girl via the Bay Marketplace and Mia Bambina Boutique is the seller. Very terrible experience, not getting back to our phone CALLS, and emails. The dress' description online wasn't accurate and it was a nightmare trying to send it back via mail. The whole experience trying to return something was a big hassle. I just wished someone from Bia Bambina would listen to our concerns. Resolution Sought to get back to our emails and calls (this is not very professional and not good business practice.
