I have never been treated this way by any business

Called Mike's flat bed to enquire about towing service. As I tried calling twice I had trouble connecting. When I was finally able to connect at the 3rd try, the person on the other end of the line shouted at me, denied service and accused me of calling and hanging intentionally. I have never been treated this way by any business specially when I'm only trying to hire then to do a job for me. I wasn't even given the chance to explain or even request any service from them as they completely abused and wrongfully accused me over the phone. Not sure what could be done in this case but I would hate for somebody else to go through what I experienced this morning with Mike's flat bed. I am still pretty upset over this, I'm certainly affected by it, reason I took this time to report and asked for some type of help/guidance in the matter.
