They should be reprimanded for their actions and consumers should be alerted of their doings, crooked.

Needed new heat pump and called mills heating and air and they sent a salesman out to see what I needed and he said yes i needed a new one and I signed papers for new heat pump and worked out details, 2 weeks later I called to check on installation and was told that they had a problem getting parts so I waited another 2 weeks a called again and was told a service man would have to look at it to see if I needed a new heat pump, my insurance company said they would pay for service man to check it, but I called another guy and got heat pump installed in a week and for $3,000 cheaper, mills heating and air is a rip off after telling me one thing and doing another, they must have wanted the money up front a was $3,000 higher they're out for money and not service.
