When in for a consult for a cut/color or perm to grow out hair. My normal stylist had covid. She was in area. Made appointment over phone she asked me to text my time to her phone? I did it was 10:30. I got there early 20 to 11 she is still doing another client so I commented! She talked me out of cutting the neck area I wanted it even with ears. Reluctantly agreed to a perm I told her what size rods she talked me out of that. Never cut my hair not even after the perm. Then did a highlight which I knew should have been at a later date. Sold solution treatment was supposed to put a shine in my hair for 5 weeks. She worked on other clients at the same time. Sold the same treatment to others. Had me dry my hair and put treatment in myself. Charged me $150. No itemization!
When I called back Monday because so unhappy she commented I will call my daughters and have them watch the video and see if you left happy! Please help me it took 2 appointments another $150 to fix my hair!
