Well I'll start with 2-3 months ago my sister had a car loan with them and went and paid $3,000 on the loan to get the car and to help my sister out and it was only supposed to have a little more than $400 left, they told me I was signing a receipt but they lied and illegally refinanced it without my sister's consent or signature. Since then my sister made monthly payments. Monday the 14th of June, my sister made a payment of $125 which was due on the 15th and they took the payment off what owed leaving $595, like they should, but I sent my sister the next payment (because I have the vehicle) which was $116 and she went ahead and paid the extra payment and they refinanced it, AGAIN, and without her permission and now it went back up to $621. Which in turn made the $116 nule and void. There are numerous of complaints posted on this place. Google this one and see for yourself. This place namely the woman who runs it have been scamming with this scheme. And I have snapshots of the receipts.
