I had a dental appt and I was turned away because I was a little late to the appt. I let them know and they still couldn't see me. I wanted to reschedule my appt and they said no. This company is very unprofessional and I recommend anybody going to that office location in Blue Ash should reconsidered. They were very unfriendly in trying to help. I have been going to that dental office for the last two years. I Have never been late. I was only 15 min and they said they couldn't see or rescheduled me. This place shouldn't even be in business treating customers like that.

"Troy, I'm sorry that we needed to make that decision in regards to your appointment. We do our best to flex to patients as we know things happen, but after a missed appointment and late appointment, we unfortunately needed to respect the other patients that day and their time so made this difficult decision to ask to reschedule this appointment. It's not an easy decision to make, but we hope to have honored you in the past with our dedication to respecting your time as well. Thanks for allowing us to provide more info this to help bring understanding."
