I paid $99 for delivery of a dresser and mattress. The dresser was delivered but not the mattress. The mattress was in stock but forgotten at the warehouse. I was going to have to wait another week for the mattress. I canceled my mattress order. Customer Service said the $99 delivery charge would be removed from my bill. I got the bill and the delivery was not refunded and Morris Home financial refuses to refund the delivery charge and honor what I was told. I just want the delivery charge removed.. Resolution Sought Remove the $99 charge from my bill.

Purchased 8/20/21 A service person has been here twice the chair isn't repairable so they finally told me today that they couldn't return my money to reoder or reselect another chair the chair I have wount be on until May.I have been paying on this chair the whole time Resolution Sought I would like a refund

Company states; I spoke to Ms. Kingery who's chair was not repairable and we offered her a exchange or reselection but customer wanted a refund and due to the length of time passed we could not grant her refund request per our policy. I explained to her she could go to any store and reselect something that was in stock vs. waiting until late May for her exchange which had already been processed in the system but she must do so by 4/21/22. She understood and said she would decide before the deadline and based on the system as of today 4/22/22 she has reselected for a different chair and refunded the difference.
